At Cardiff Skateboard Club, we want you to be stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand new, resellable condition with all original tags attached and hardware unopened.
Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit; we recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Refund Processing
Once our workshop team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
