How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer next-day delivery options if you place your order before 2 PM Monday through Thursday.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by location but generally take between 7-14 working days.

Can I return a skateboard if I've already used it?

We only accept returns on items in their original, unused condition. Once a skateboard has been gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer Klarna for customers who wish to spread the cost of their purchase.

Are your skateboards pre-assembled?

Complete skateboards come fully assembled and ready to ride. If you purchase a separate deck, trucks, and wheels, they will arrive as individual components unless you specifically request assembly in your order notes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery.
